COMING UP IN WOMEN’S
Women's Groups and Studies
Bible Studies
Life Groups for Women revolve around studying the Bible as we do life together as women. Life Groups begin in September and January each year. We have daytime and evening groups throughout the week. We also offer more casual studies during the summer.
Affinity Groups
Affinity Groups are groups of ladies who have something in common, whether an interest or life experience, who gather for encouragement and experiencing life together.
Table Talk
Table Talk is an easy and informal way to connect with other ACC women. Table Talk groups are made of up 4-5 women who meet (at least) monthly over coffee or a meal to form friendships and encourage one another. Registration coming this fall for group members and facilitators.

Women's Affinity Groups
Mom to Moms
Meets throughout the year
Calling all moms of preschoolers! Come join us for a morning to be encouraged and loved by “graduated” moms while your kids are loved and cared for! We all need a break! Don’t miss this great group of moms!
Fit for His Service
Meets throughout the year
Serious about losing weight? Join like-minded women Wednesday mornings from 8-9am in room L2 for accountability, biblical counsel, and practical help. No excuses, gimmicks or fees!
Single Sisters
Meets throughout the year
Single Sisters is a group for senior single, widowed or divorced women. They meet together to support each other, pray together, laugh together, and create lasting friendships. The group meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays from 1-3pm at ACC in room A4.
Sisters in Stitches
Meets throughout the year
Sisters in Stitches gets together monthly to provide a fun, encouraging environment to work on various sewing projects: crotchet, knitting, embroidery, hand applique or anything else. Bring your own project and work on it while visiting with other ladies. All ages are welcome. This group meets the 2nd Saturday of the month from 9am – noon.
Active Single Women
2nd & 4th Wednesdays @ 6:15-8p
Beginning in September: A new Life Group for Single Active Women of any age–Never Married, Divorced, Widowed, Spritually/Church Single. This group will meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday, 6:15-8:00 pm, in a home in the 80917 zip code. The study topic is still TBD.
A Word from Kathleen
My father was a pastor to the world, not professionally, but practically. He sat with hundreds of people over bottomless cups of coffee for unhurried conversations that began with my dad saying, “Tell me your story.” I loved that. It influenced me in my former middle school ministry to develop the habit of saying “Tell me more” to countless adolescents who seemed to speak a foreign language about pop culture trends that were beyond me but vitally important to the teen before me. It’s a skill I would like to be woven into the DNA of the women of ACC – that we would be great listeners who take time to care about others for the sake of the Kingdom. I pray that as we listen well, the time will come when the tables will turn and others will ask us to tell them more about the love of Christ that shines through each of us.
