Know Who You Are
What if the hardest part of following Jesus isn't standing up to the culture, but remembering who you belong to first? Pastor Bryan walked us through the opening of Jude and reminds us that before we can contend for the faith, we have to know our true identity in Christ. When Jude introduces himself simply as a servant of Jesus rather than leaning on his earthly family connection, he shows us that belonging to Jesus by faith is what matters most. Here is the foundation he left us with: we are called by God, loved by an unconditional love, and kept safe by His hand. You don't have to fight for victory, because we fight from the victory Jesus already won on the cross.
